Benjamin Kendrick of Amherst, Hillsborough Co., NH, Gentleman
Being in a good measure of health and of sound mind and memory ... calling to mind the mortality of my body ... it is appointed to all men once to die
My well Beloved wife, Sarah Kendrick, 1/3 part of all my household furniture; 1 cow and $50.00; and to be hororably supported by my Executors (unless she chooses to have her third of my real estate set off to her) taken from the improvement of said third as maintanence.
My three daughters: Sarah Kendall, Abigail Brooks & Anna Pierce in equal shares, all the rest of my personal estate; also money on hand & due me except that given to my wife and my son Stephen Kendrick; also all my real estate in equal shares (but if wife predeceases me then they to have all real estate and all personal estate); they to pay my son Stephen One Dollar which with what I have heretofore given him by Deed and otherwise is his full share of my estate.
I appoint my three sons-in-law, Nathan Kendall of Amherst, Benjamin Pierce of Hillsborough and Isaac Brooks of Amherst, all of Hillsborough County, New Hampshire, Esquires, Executors of this last will & testement.
