Funeral Services For
Mr. Joe W. Montgomery
Held at Pine Level

Funeral services for Mr. Joseph Wheller Montgomery, who died at his home in Columbus Monday were held Wednesday afternoon at the graveside in Pine Level cemetery near Mauk, Rev. C. L. Glenn, pastor of the Butler Methodist church officiated.
Mr. Montgomery was a former resident of Butler having moved to Columbus about three years ago where he had been employed at Benning as a carpenter.
Surviving Mr. Montgomery besides his wife, Mrs. Belle Montgomery, are two sons Messrs. Robert and Howard Montgomery and one daughter Mrs. C. W. Hammock also one brother, Mr. Bill Montgomery, and two sisters Mrs. Whittington and Mrs. Joe Bradley.
