Kenneth C. Harmon, 72 of 1333 Sirwell St., Kittanning died Sept. 4 1993 at Armstrong Memorial Hospital. He was born in Lemmon Hollow to Samuel C. and Hazel I Lemmon. He was a coal miner and been employed by Cadogen and Yatesboro mines. He was a Protestant and enjoyed fishing, hunting and playing music. Survivors include his mother, Hazel I Lemmon; nine sons, Larry Harmon of Kittanning, John, Randy, and Terry Harmon of Laporte Ind., Charles Harmon of Butler, Monty Harmon of Colorado Springs, Colo., Dennis Harmon of Richmond, Ind. Kenneth Harmon of Michigan City, Ind. and Robert Harmon of Pasadena, Texas; two daughters, Mrs. Joseph (Gloria Jean) Bowser of Kittanning and Connie Harmon of Michigan City, Ind.;10 grandchildren; four brothers, William H. and Glenn E Harmon of Kittanning, Paul G. Harmon of Ford City and Donald L Harmon of Cleveland, Ohio; three sisters, Mrs. Clifford(Gertrude) Yount of Ford City, Mrs. Richard(Joanne) Chauvaux of Cary N.C. and Mrs. Charles (Delores) Crissman of Hamburg. NY. HARMON - Friends of Kenneth C. Harmon, 72, of 1333 Sirwell St., Kittanning, who died Saturday, Sept. 4 1993, will be received from 2 to 4and 7 to 9p.m. at Kennedy & Blodgett Funeral Home, 253 N.Grant Ave.,Kittanning where funeral services with Rev. Melvern M. McRoberts of the Free Methodist Church in Kittanning officiating. Burial will take place in St. Mary's Cemetery in Kittanning.
