Ruby Belle Graham, age 84; passed away on January 11, 1990 in a nursing home in Columbus, Indiana; after a short illness.


She was born February 5, 1905 in Petersburg, Indiana; daughter of John Lewis Ingersoll and Sarah Jeanette Butler. She married Gardner Hiram Graham on February 4, 1928 in Jeffersonville, Indiana; the marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple; he preceded her in death. Ruby is a former resident of Hope, Indiana; San Pedro, Calif.; and Bountiful, Utah. She had been active in the LDS Church Relief Society and a Primary teacher for many years. She spent many years working on her family's genealogy.


She is survived by one son and six daughters, Mrs. Frank (Ellen) Forkey, Champlain, New York; Mrs. Paul (Elsie) Shoaf, Hope, Indiana; Mrs. Don (Mary) Taylor, Bountiful; John Graham, Lomita, Calif.; Mrs. Craig (Carolyn) Hughes, Lancaster, Calif.; Mrs. Kathleen Larson, Woods Cross; Mrs. Brent (Andrea) Zimmerman, Sandy; 39 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren.


Friends may call from 12 noon til 1:45 p.m. on Monday, January 15, 1990 at Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main Street; Funeral Services will be held on Monday at 2:00 p.m. at the mortuary.
Interment: Bountiful Memorial Park.
Funeral Services were also held on Friday, January 12, 1990 in Hope, Indiana.
