He is survived by his wife, Lois Mayfield; a son, Ray (Dianne) Mayfield, Jr. of Lewisville, TX; three daughters, Cheryl (Tommy) Grisham of Lewisville, TX, Terry (Mike) Vance of Florida and Elizabeth (Mike) Morgan of Dayton, OH; a brother, Clyde (Evelyn) Mayfield of Mt. Olive and a sister, Marie Smith of Mt. Olive; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
