Roland Washington Englebert was son of Frederick Englebert and Peachy. He was married to 2 wives in NC and his last wife in Tuscaloosa AL. His 2nd wife died during childbirth. During the civil war he enlisted in Confed Army 13 Dec 1861 w Capt. Freeman's Prison Guards . Paroled by the Fed Govt 1 May 1865 at Salisbury, NC.
