EMMA CLARK GORDON
MONROE, Utah-- Emma Clark Gordon, 78, of Monroe, Utah, died October 29, 1994 in Richfield Hospital.
She was born September 19, 1916 in Provo, Utah to John Gideon and Emma Marie Farrer Clark. She married Merrell Gordon,
December 5, 1938 in Park City, Utah. They were solemnized on November 4, 1948 in the Manti LDS Temple. Merrell died December 27, 1982. She was active in the LDS Church. She lived in Provo most of her life and moved to Monroe, Utah in 1978.
Survived by two sons, one daughter: Douglas and Janice Gordon, Washington, Utah; David J. and Linda N. Gordon, Provo, Utah; Dixie and Eugene Davis, Monroe, Utah; 14 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents, husband, and a daughter Kay Ann Gordon, two sisters, four brothers, Thomas, Harold G., Fred F., Norma, Mary, and Walter.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 1, 1994, 1 p.m. in the Monroe LDS 4th Ward Chapel, 49 East 200 North, Monroe. Friends may call Monday evening at the Neal S. Magleby & Sons Mortuary in Richfield from 6-8 p.m. and at the church in Monroe, Tuesday morning from 11:30-12:30 p.m. Burial will be in the Monroe Cemetery. Funeral directors, Neal S. Magleby & Sons Mortuary.
