Funeral services for Carl Lawrence Tunstill, 56, of Athens will be held at 2 p.m. today at Spry Funeral Home with Brother Don Osborne officiating. Burial will be in Athens City Cemetery. He died Friday at Decatur General Hospital in Decatur. Survivors include his wife, Ruth Tunstill; his daughter, Peggy Durham of Elkmont; his step-daughters, Mrs. Leon Hill and Peggy Wilhoytt; his step-sons, Larry Dow, Darry Dow, and Hollis Dow; his sisters, Edna Woody and Bertha Tunstill, both of New Hope, and Irene Bruce of Sommerville; his brothers, Lawson Tunstill and Cecil Tunstill, both of Kansas City, Kansas, Henry Tunstill of Sommerville, and David Tunstill of Maysville; two grandchildren; and fifteen step-grandchildren.
