CHILDRESS - Billie Faye Ticer, 67, died Thursday, May 8, 1997.
Services were Saturday in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Jim
McCurley officiating. Burial was in Childress Cemetery by Johnson
Funeral Home.
Mrs. Ticer was born in Childress. She married Claude Carol Ticer in
1955 at Childress. She was a homemaker and a Baptist.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Sherry Ann Morgan in 1956.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Garry Morgan of Houston; two
daughters, Billie Nelle Rogers and Danita Carol Miranda, both of
Childress; three sisters, Ruby Sullivan of Lubbock, and Pauline Cass
and Mary Hunter, both of Amarillo; eight grandchildren; and two
great-grandchildren.
