Burial was in the Coax Cemetery under the direction of First National Funeral Home of Winnsboro.
Mr. Reese died Saturday night at the Rosalie Nursing Home in Wisner following a lengthy illness.
He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. C. A. Lewis of Chase, Mrs. Albert Stonehart of Sterlington, and Mrs. Bernice Burton of Monroe; three sons, John Henry Reese of Kansas City, Mo., Frellson Reese of Mangham and Coyle Reese of Baskin; two brothers, Sam and George Reese, both of Arcadia; one sister, Mrs. Ida L. Guy of Wetumpka, Ala.; nine grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
