Blanche Catherine (Girardier) Eoff was the daughter of Eugene Girardier and Mary Agnes "Aggie" Mueller, natives of Missouri. Blanche had three sisters, Mary A, Theresa and Louisa, and two brothers, William E and Albert Girardier. They were raised on the family farm in Big River Township, Jefferson County, Missouri.

Blanche married Derice Edgar Eoff, the son of Thomas R Eoff and Isabelle Laura Davis, natives of Missouri. Blanche and Derice were married January 31, 1922 in Franklin County, Missouri. Blanche and Derice were the parents of eight children: Delbert Edgar,Marie Agness, Hazel Isabelle, Elsie Mae, Roberta Lee, Jules Edward, Walter Eugene and David Russell Eoff. Derice farmed in Jefferson and Pike counties, Missouri.
