MARGARET L. WESTFALL

CUMBERLAND ‹ Margaret L. Westfall, 91, of Cumberland, died Friday, Sept. 8, 2000, at the home of her granddaughter in Mount Savage.

Born Dec. 18, 1908, in Westernport, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Viola (Duckworth) Starnes. She also was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Filmore Westfall; one daughter, Lana Smith; one son, Glenn Richard Westfall; and one brother, Lee Starnes.

Mrs. Westfall was a homemaker and a retired employee of the Celanese Corporation in Cumberland. She was a Protestant by faith and enjoyed quilting and crocheting.

Surviving are one daughter, Dee Ann Stotler and husband Larry, Berkeley Springs, W.Va.; three sons, Charles Leo Westfall, Cumberland, Franklin Eugene Westfall, Cumberland, and Bernard William Westfall, Mount Savage, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Ave., on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home on Wednesday at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Wayne R. Turner officiating.

Interment will be in the Queens Point Cemetery, Keyser, W.Va.
