Anola (Mrs. Maurice) "Toots" Schlueter, age 82, of Faribault, died on Thursday, Oct. 23, 2008, at St. Marys Hospital, Rochester.
Funeral services will be held at St. Luke's Church, Faribault, on Saturday, Oct. 25, 2008, at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Aaron Brockmeier officiating. Interment will be in Meadow Ridge Memorial Park, Faribault.
Visitation will be held at the church on Saturday for two hours prior to the services.
Arrangements are being completed by the Boldt Funeral Home, Faribault.
Anola Mae, the daughter of Martin and Clara (Kitzman) Ackmann, was born Feb. 13, 1926, in Waseca. She married Maurice Schlueter on June 7, 1946, at St. Luke's Church, Faribault. He preceded her in death on March 4, 1987. She was previously employed by the Wilson Center and the Faribault Daily News and Shopper.
She is survived by two children, Janet (and Mike) Dahlenburg-Bultman and Douglas (and Linda) Schlueter, all of Faribault; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one brother, Marlin Ackmann of Minneapolis.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a grandson, Jason; and two brothers, Lewitt and Verle.
