I know that those field stones next to Ora May are actually Arrabella Jobe Bittle, mother to William Bittle who is also interred next to Ora May. William was father to Ora May and Arrabella was grandmother from Faulkner County, AR. They arrived from Faulkner Co., AR into Oklahoma around 1900. Were both shown in McIntosh County census in 1910 and then....nothing. I have spoken to the Bittle descendants in Checotah who assured me that these were, in deed, the grave sites of William Bittle and his mother, Arrabella(Belle)Jobe Bittle originally from Tennessee.
