John Edmund Loveless, 56, formerly employed with Shawmar Oil Co. in Marion, died Dec. 11 at Salina Regional Health Center. The funeral was Dec. 15 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Lincolnville, with pastor Alan Stahlecker officiating. Burial was at Lincolnville Cemetery. He was born Feb. 22, 1947, to Max E. and Tabea (Miltz) Loveless in Marion. On Nov. 4, 1984, he was married to Sandra Rawald, who survives. He is also survived by one step-daughter, Jenny Maggard of Hollywood, Calif. Memorials have been established with cancer research or St. John's Lutheran Church, and the family requests no flowers.
