Barbara Ann Jost, 51, a nurse from Halstead, died Nov. 7 at Newton Medical Center.
A service is planned for 10 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 12, at St. John's Lutheran Church of Linconville. Burial will be at Lincolnville Cemetery.
She was born Oct. 16, 1952, to Max Loveless and Tabea Miltz Loveless in Marion. On May 30, 1971, she was married to Roger Jost, who survives.
She is also survived by a son, Thane Jost of Hutchinson; a daughter, Lexey Jost of Halstead; her parents; and a brother, John Loveless of Antelope.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to memorials established with St. John's Lutheran Church or the American Diabetes Association.
