Billy Jack Woods, 63, of Jasper died at M.D. Anderson Hospital in Houston, Tx. on October 19, 2008. Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2008 at Forest Oaks Funeral Home and Crematory. A native of Jasper, he lived in Lumberton, Texas from 1983-1990 when he returned to Jasper. He was employed with Micheal's as a Foreman and had been a member of the Pipe fitter's and Engineer's Union #798 out of Tulsa, OK. and #139 out of Pewaukee, WI. He was known for his abilities outdoors at both hunting and fishing as well as gardening. Survivors include his mother Geraldine Woods of Jasper; Wife Kathy Woods; Sons Shannon Woods, Cody Woods and Troy Livingston; Daughters Katy Jansen and Candy Butt; Brothers Lloyd Woods, Bobby Joe Woods, Larry Woods and Aurthur Woods; 12 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren.
