Chloe Lindley, age 89, of Russellville, the widow of Ernest Lindley, died Monday, September 18, 2006, at the home of her granddaughter, Laurie Reasoner, and her husband, Cleve, and their children, Madison, Mallory and Bryce. A daughter of the late Charles Edward and Mary Louise Hogle LeMaster, she was born December 21, 1916 in Van Buren, Missouri. She was retired from Tyson Foods after having worked for over thirty-two years, and formerly attended the Mount George Church of Christ. She loved to do her roses, play pinochle and spend time with her family. In addition to her husband and her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Tony Lindley; two daughters: Phyllis Yanglin and Faye LaDean Lindley; and all of her brothers and sisters. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Joe and Loyce Lindley of Bentonville; a daughter, Linda Cantrell of Jackson, Mississippi; a daughter-in-law and her husband, Donna and Keith Blakemore of Dardanelle; seven grandchildren: Laurie Reasoner of Russellville; Toni Ferguson of Springdale; Marguerite Karlos and Charles Lindley, both of Cave Springs; Greg Lindley of Rogers; John Lindley of Calhoun, Georgia; and Laurie Buchanan of Amarillo, Texas; numerous great-grandchildren; and a special niece, Carolyn Hugus of Western Grove.
The graveside service and burial will be conducted by Shinn Funeral Service at 10 A.M., on Thursday, September 21, 2006, at Brearley Cemetery in Dardanelle, officiated by Chris George.
Pallbearers will be John, Greg and Charles Lindley and Cleve Reasoner.
The family will receive friends this evening from 6 to 7 P.M., at the funeral home.
