My grandfathers Nickname was "Bert" according to his obituary and the many family members I have come to speak with. He was an indivigual, a father of four sons one of which was my father; Donald Forrest Arthur and one daughter. All have since pass to the great beyond. Tragedy took his wife Maude Annette in 1930 and life continued on with his marrage to Ethel soon after. My grandfather died before I was born in 1953 and there appears to be a few suprising parallels that touched our lives. He was a member, secretary and past sachem of the "Improved Order of Red Men" according to avialable records. I only wish I had had the opportunity to know more about him. He appears to have had a full life. To my knowledge I am the only remaining adult male heir to our family, my name is Burt Kinney Arthur, my wife and I have a son, his name is Ryan Kinney Arthur. His great grandfather and grandfather would have been overjoyed to have known Ryan I'm sure. May Peace and their memeories live on through us forever.
