Jessie was a friend of our family, especially our grandma. Jessie's sister Marcella married my grandma's youngest uncle. The 2 families knew each other since childhood. Jessie Telford Frazier was a flower-bearer at my great great grandfather's funeral as an 8 year old child. We considered Jessie and her husband "family." I knew Jessie my whole life.
