Marie Dorothy Marrs, 87, died Saturday afternoon at the Continuous Care of Bartlesville.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday in the Oglesby Cemetery with Pastor Greg McNall of the Sooner Park Wesleyan Church officiating. Graveside services and interment will be directed by the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.

Marie Dorothy Marrs was born on November 9, 1920 at Kelleyville, Oklahoma the daughter of John Wiley and Maggie Jane (Strutton) Brumley. She was raised at Kelleyville and married Henry Lee Marrs in 1936. She had been a home health worker for many years. She attended the Assembly of God Church.

Marie is survived by two daughters, Jolene Marrs of Bartlesville and Colene Hazelwood and her husband Todd of Broken Arrow, one sister Patsy Geddes of Pawhuska, four grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and eighteen great-great grandchildren. Marie was preceded in death by her parents, two sons, two daughters five brothers and one sister.
