Emmanuel Feaster was the son of William Henry Feaster (1812-1895) and Mary Jane (Earhart)Feaster (1816-1886). Emmanuel had the following siblings:

On December 25, 1895 Emmanuel married Mary Frances Bleigh. They had one child, William H. Feaster (1896-1977).
After Mary Frances died in 1908, Emmanuel remarried in 1910 to Martha Ann Shade-Wilson. They had no children.
