Ebenezer moved from Chelmsford, Middlesex, Massachusetts after 1726 and bought from John Spaulding a 150 acre tract of land bounded in part by the Brattles farm and on the Salmon Brook in Dunstable, Middlesex, Massachusettsand settled there. The property was located one mile south of the town center. This tract of land was still owned by his descendants as late as 1896.
