A pioneer settler and for many years a practicing physician in the Indian Territory, died in Okmulgee Hospital November 11th, 1928, at the age of 76. His death came suddenly from pneumonia although ill health had prevailed for many years. Dr. Loomis is survived by four daughters: Mrs. Ruth Skeen of Los Angeles, Calif., Mrs. Walter Ferguson of Tulsa, Mrs. John Barry of Oklahoma City, and Mrs. Glen Leslie of Okmulgee.
