Update note: Mrs. Marie Eckenrode, widow of Henry F. Eckenrode, died at her home in Pikesville, Md., Monday at the age of 82 years. Death was due to infirmities. Deceased was the daughter of the late John and Elizabeth Clunk, of near Irishtown. The Eckenrode family formerly resided near New Oxford, and later near McSherrystown, from which place they moved to a farm near Pikesville about 30 years ago, where her husband died about 20 years ago.
