Rev Langhoff was the pastor of First Church of the United Bretheran of Christ in Leaf River Illinois and killed in an automobile accident when his van collided with a semi truck on Interstate 44 near Marshfield Missouri. He was the son of Frank M and Alice nee Canfield Langhoff and married Patricia Andrews on Sept 2 1956 in Des Moines Iowa. He was a cub scout den leader in Leaf River and a veteren of the Korean War, serving in the Army.
