Frances "Fannie" Hubbard, b. Charlestown, NH, 19 Dec., 1777, dau. of Jonathan & Eunice (Wheeler) Hubbard) They were m. at Fort No. 4 (Charlestown, NH), 3 April, 1803 Children (born Ascutneyville, Vt.) 1. Frances Maria "Fanny", b. 15 Nov., 1803 ..... d. 24 May, 1815.
2. Theron Hubbard, b. 12 Feb., 1805. He m. 1st Wallingford, Vt. 28 July, 1830, Hannah Hill (b. 1 Aug., 1811, dau. of Joel Hill of Wallingford). Hannah d. in Racine, Wisconsin, 14 Oct., 1852. He m. 2nd in Racine, 26 July, 1853, Eliza Jane Shawke of New Lisbon, Ohio. Theron was a store clerk and also owned and operated a general store in Salisbury, Vt. He opened a store in Mt. Holly, Vt. in 1837. In 1843, Theron went into business with his cousin George M. Kidder in Fair Haven, Vt. In 1848, he picked up all and moved his family to Racine, Wisconsin. He d. in East Orange, NJ, 6 April, 1891.
3. Frederick Lewis, b. 3 Dec., 1806. He was a physician and surgeon. He m. 1st in Weathersfield, Vt. 26 March, 1834, Pamelia Haskell (b. 23 Sept., 1805). Pamelia d. 15 Sept., 1842. He m. 2nd in Newton Falls, Ohio, 9 March, 1845, Mrs. Laura Catherine (Merwin) Stanley (b. 17 Oct., 1815). Dr. Kidder d. in Ohio, 27 July, 1847. Laura d. in Mentor, Ohio, 7 Feb. 1910 (Children: Charles Lewis, Edwin Haskell, Walter Edson, Pamelia Grace, Emily Irene).

7. Charles Wheeler Burr, b. 13 Nov., 1818. He graduated from Castleton, Vt. Med. College and attended lectures. He also was a lecturer at medical colleges throughout New England. He m. in Jericho, Vt., 18 Aug., 1850 Mary Ann Howe of Jericho. Dr. Kidder d. in Pittsfield, Vt. 26 Sept., 1893.

Gideon Kidder lived in the Ascutneyville area of Weathersfield, known by many as Weathersfield Corner" He inherited the brick house which his father had built about 1803. He farmed most of his life, but was also quite prominent in town affairs. He enlisted as a volunteer in the Weathersfield troop of militia 9 Aug., 1804, and served as an ensign in the 3rd Company, 2nd Regiment, 8th Brigade and 1st Division of the Vermont State Militia. He was honorably discharged from service 4 April, 1806. Gideon Kidder d. in Weathersfield, Vt., 24 April,
