Mr. Boykin was born Oct.28, 1919, in Atlanta, a son of the late Frank A. Boykin Sr. and Mrs. Floye J. Boykin. He was a member of First Christian Church and a World War II veteran.
surviving are: his widow, Mrs. Arowanna Swick Boykin of Charleston; a son, William C. Boykin of La Jolla, Calif.; a daughter, Mrs Stephaney B. MacLeod of Bonita, Caif.; a sister, Mrs Sara B. Johnston of Stone Mountain, Ga.
