Leola B. "Ole" Wilson, 92, of Medford, Oregon died on Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2008 at Rogue Valley Medical Center in Medford.
She was born Aug. 12, 1916 to George J. and Louise Borland.
On May 4, 1937 she married Eldon L. Wilson in Sheridan where they lived until 1949 when they moved to Worland and opened Wilson's Drive In.
Eldon and Ole operated that business until 1962 when they returned to Sheridan where Eldon was once again employed at Champion Funeral Home.
In 1969, they moved to Casper where Eldon was employed by the Wyoming State Department of Revenue. They retired in 1979 and returned to Sheridan. Eldon passed away in 1998 at Sheridan. In 2001, Ole moved to Medford.
She was preceded in death by her husband Eldon in 1998.
Ole is survived by her daughter Gay (Skip) Patterson of Medford; her son Gary (Coleen) of Worland; five grandsons; eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service is planned in Medford followed by a graveside service in Sheridan Municiple Cemetery in Sheridan.
