Leon Kenneth Almand, 56, of 7297 Lula Road, died Tuesday, Dec. 9, 1997, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
He was born in Morgan County, Nov. 1, 1941, the son of Living and the late Rev. Robert H. Almand. He was preceded in death by his first wife Nellie Diane Hall Almand.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Dec. 13, at Lula Congregational Holiness Church. Graveside services were held in the Braswell Congregational Holiness Church Cemetery.
