Mrs. Helen Bohach, 167 Broadway, Wheatland, widow of John Bohach Jr., died at 11:20 p.m., Monday, January 2, 1978 in Sharon General Hospital after being stricken earlier in the evening while visiting her daughter. She was 70.

Mrs. Bohach was born in Czechslovakia August 18, 1907 to John and Frances Prostredney Podlucky.

She was a a resident of Wheatland for 35 years and previously made her home in Farrell.

She was a member of Sacred Heart Church, Sharon.

Her husband, whom she married in 1924, died March 16, 1960.

Surviving are eight daughters, Mrs. Michael (Louise) Dunder, Sharpsville, Mrs John (Ann) Sirochman, Mrs. John (Theresa) Kettering, and Mrs. William (Rosemarie) Moder, all of Hermitage; Mrs. Robert (Valeria) David, Pulaski; Mrs. Ronald (Jo Ann) Leckfor, Mrs. Margaret Pelles, and Mrs. Ronald (Veronica) Banjak, all of Hubbard; two sons, John, Wheatland and Paul, Hermitage; a sister Mrs. Mary Querry, Johnstown, Pa.; 26 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter Catherine, in 1940, a sister, Mrs. Irene Nickel and a brother, Michael, both in 1976.
