Mr. Ronald Benton Easter, 65, of Hephzibah, Ga., a retired bakery employee and veteran of World War II, died in Burke County, Ga following a lengthy illness.
Born in Surry County, he was the son of Benton and Matilda Brown Easter.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Norma Jean Easter McMillian of Jersey City, NJ; two grandchildren Lynn Mahoney and Jonathan McMillian; one sister Mrs. Velma Easter Midkiff of Mount Airy; and two brothers. J.C (Lum) Easter of Route 1, Lowgap and Zeno Easter of Mount Airy.
