At age 99, woman was oldest member of Sharon church

Florence C. Bunnell, 805 Greenfield Road, Lackawannock Township, died at 1 a. m. in Countryside Convalescent Home, East Lackawannock Township. she was 99.

Mrs. Bunnell was born Sept. 30, 1899 in Greenville to James and Rebecca Stewart Custer.

She worked for Bell Telephone Co. Sharon, and had beeen a housekeeper for many years for a Meadville doctor.

She was the oldest member of St. John's Episcopal Church, Sharon, where she taught Sunday School.

She enjoyed cooking, crossword puzzles and sports.

Several nieces and nephews survive.

She was preceded in death by three sisters, Alice Hall, Maude Pears and Grayce Tyers and a Brother James Custer.
