Funeral services for Reba Joy Beverly Monk Harmon were held Monday, Sept. 16, at Pleasant View Baptist Church in Hornbeck the Revs. Kenneth Baggs and Ryan Horton officiated. Burial followed in the Holly Grove Cemetery, Anacoco.
Ms. Reba died Thursday, Sept. 12 as a result of an automobile accident.
A native of White Settlement, TX. She lived most of her life in Vernon Parish. Graduating from Anacoco High School in 1981, she then attend Sabine Vo-Tech for her business degree. She worked for the Leesville Police Dept. as a dispatcher and was a former employee of Vernon House of Leesville. She was a member of Castor Baptist Church of Leesville.
She is survived by her two sons; Kyle Harmon and Brandon Monk; one daughter Brandie Monk all of Anacoco; two brothers Eric Beverly of Hornbeck and Kevin Beverly of Lafayette; Her parents Judy and Carl Beverly of Leesville, and maternal grandmother, Mary Fenner of MT. Pleasant, TX.
