Funeral services were held in Glines Chapel for William C. Boren, Sr., Thursday at 11:30. Bishop Horrace Morrill of Tridell presiding. The chorus rendered "Oh My Father," "I Need Thee Every Hour," Nearer My God To Thee." The speakers were Bishop Morrill, T. J. Longhurst and Bishop M. M. Batty.
The deceased was born at Heber, Wasatch County, January 17, 1853, was the son of Coleman Riley Boren and leaves 16 sons and daughters and 42 grandchildren, all of his children were present at the services but one son whom they could not locate in Idaho.
Interment took place at Maeser Cemetery. Mr. Boren was an old time resident of Glines and many friends payed their last respects.
The cause of death was the shock due to the auto accident in which he sustained a lacerated leg where he was pinned beneath the car on January 30. Death occurred at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Davis Herron, on February 11.

Boren who died at his daughter's home in Glines February 11 of pneumonia caused from injury received from car accident, was born at Provo, Utah, January 17, 1953 and was the son of Colman and Flora M. Kingsley Boren. The deceased was married to Miss Lovina Jones at Heber, Utah, March 18, 1880. Four daughters and five sons were born to them as follows: Mrs. John Moseman, Mrs. William B. Searle, Leroy Boren, Whiterocks, Utah; William Boren Jr., Manila, Utah; Isaac Boren, Emmet, Idaho; Mrs. Rastus Workman, Bennett, Utah; Edward Boren, Manila, Utah; Miss Eliza Boren, Neola, Utah: Walter Boren, Lapoint, Utah.
His wife died at Glines, October 11, 1900. The deceased was married a second time at Vernal, Utah October 8, 1901 to Miss Elizabeth Bromley and eight daughters and two sons blessed this union. The deceased was 66 years old and had 19 children, 50 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
He is survived by all but one wife, 2 sons and 2 daughters; he also leaves one sister, Mrs. Josephine Jackson, Provo, Utah and brother, Mannasah P. Boren, Whiterocks, all to mourn his loss.

William Coleman Boren, 66, a resident of Tridell, Utah, died February 12, 1924 at 10:30 a.m. in Glines, Uintah County, Utah of hypostatic pneumonia and a cardiac condition as a result of an auto accident that occurred on January 30, 1924.
He was born January 17, 1853 in Provo, Utah to Flora Maria Kingsley Boren and Coleman Riley Boren. His occupation was a farmer. He married Lovina Jones March 18, 1880 in Heber, Wasatch County, Utah. She died in 1900. He married Ellen Elizabeth Bromley October 9, 1902 in North Ashley, Uintah County, Utah. Surviving him is his wife, Ellen.
Interment was made in the Maeser Fairview Cemetery on February 14, 1924.
