Life-Long Resident of City Taken by
Death in Home of Daughter
Mrs. Elizabeth A. Martin, widow of David B. Martin, died suddenly Friday night in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Heber Davidson, 306 Broadway.
Mrs. Martin was born in Clarion County, a daughter of Dr. James and Salina Gardner Webb. She came to East Liverpool when she was a child and has spent practically all her life here. She was a member of the First Methodist Episcopal church, the Missionary society and the Triangle club.
Besides Mrs. Davidson, she leaves another daughter, Mrs. Nell Price of East Liverpool; one brother, Elmer E. Gardner of Cleveland; two sisters, Miss Anna B. Gardner and Mrs. T.V. Milligan of this city, and five gradchildren.
Funeral services will be held in the Davidson home Monday at 2 p.m. in charge of Rev. Paul E. Secrest, pastor of the Methodist Episcopal church.
Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery
