Lula Bell was 1st married to Marion Wise Blair and to this union they had seven children, Katie who died as a baby, Iva L., Sam Wilburn, Grace, Henry Wise (Buck), Mary Urpina, who died as a young girl and Dock Wade. Lula was born in Indian Territory, her mother died when she was a small child and her father gave her to an Indian woman to riase, so she never knew who her parents were. Lula and Marions children were all born in Porum, OK. After her first husband Marion, died in 1918, Lula married Elmer E. Neal in 1926, this was Elmer second marriage also. They all moved to the West Tulsa and Red Fork area. Lula and Elmer were members of the Tabernacle Bapthis Church in West Tulsa. Lula is buried next to her second husband Elmer, in Memorial Cememtery in Tulsa.
