Alert: 1870 census shows John with additional children Enoch*, Charlotta, Isaac, Rosilla, Isabella and Hannah, all born in IL and all but Enoch born after his wife Elizabeth died. It is not known if he remarried and these children are from a second marriage. They are too young to be grandchildren from one of the sons who died from cholera, so could be grandchildren only if from a daughter who married another Stoneking.
*Note: Enoch, if census age is correct, would appear to be child of John and Elizabeth. Is he the Enoch b Jan 1851 reportedly son of Jacob's brother Elijah and Sarah Cox, not in Elijah's household 1860?
