She was a lifelong resident of Bulloch County and lived in Register most of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of Ephesus Primitive Baptist Church. She was the widow of Cecil Anderson.
SURVIVORS: two daughters and a son-in-law, Mrs. H.B. Franklin of Register and Faye and Jimmy Adams of Statesboro; two sisters, Bertha Lee Brannen of Statesboro and Edith B. Meeks of Register; a brother, W.E. Brannen of Register; three grandchildren, Wayne Franklin, Robert Franklin and JeanMarie DeLoach, all of Register, and two great-grandchildren, Justin Franklin and Jason Franklin, both of Register.
FUNERAL: 4 p.m. Monday at Joiner Anderson Funeral Home, burial in Lower Lotts Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. -Savannah Now, Dec 1999
