Maxie Lowe Mutchler, age 86, passed away peacefully on September 22, 2008 at the home of her daughter, Vickilynn Patterson.


Maxie is preceded in death by her husband Glen Harvey Mutchler. She is survived by her brother Newton Lowe; four children: Loren Mutchler (Rachelle), Vickilynn Patterson (Steve), Cynthia Singley, and Steven Mutchler (Susan); 17 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.


Maxie, daughter of Irel Lowe and Lila McQueen Lowe, grew up in Preston, Idaho. She met her husband while he was on leave from the Navy. She raised her family in Centerville, Utah and built her dream home in Farmington, Utah. She loved the outdoors, gardening and painting. She was a faithful member in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in many callings from primary pianist to temple worker.


Funeral Services will be held on Friday, September 26, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at Webb Mortuary at 109 East Oneida Street in Preston ID.
Interment: Preston City Cemetery.
