Lauren F. DeLong of Warminster passed away Wednesday, January 24, 2001, at his home at the age of 65.
He was the beloved husband of the late Carol A. (Keays) DeLong.
Born in Ithaca, NY, he was a son of the late Freeman and Laura (Bullis) DeLong.
A resident of Warminster for 35 years, he had been employed in the warehouse receiving department of Tafford Manufacturing, Inc. of Montgomeryville before retiring in 1998.
He is survived by five children, Gary M. DeLong of Nashua, NH, Shari L. Metzger and her husband, Michael of Warminster, Lorry A. Cohen and her husband, Dave of Nichols, NY, Denise C. Beecher and her husband, Henry of Warminster and Douglas A. DeLong and his wife, Kim of Warminster; and four grandchildren, Heather, Shannon, Brett and Tara.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Service on Monday at 2:30 pm in the A. Groh Schneider Funeral Home, 431 N. York Rd., Hatboro, where his family will receive friends from 1:30 pm until time of the service. Interment will follow in Whitemarsh Memorial Park Cemetery.
