Mr. J. A. Kifer, died, at his home near Wrighsboro, December 15, 1888 of black jaundice. His illness was of short duration, about a week. He was a member of the Baptist church of this place. His remains were interred here last Sunday with Masonic honors, of which order he was a member. He leaves a wife and several children to mourn his loss.
