Son of Meriwether Lewis Carter Randolph and Louisa Hubbard Randolph.
His father;
Dr. Lewis Carter "Meriwether" Randolph, Surgeon of the 9th Regiment Virginia Cavalry, C.S.A.

He delivered some of my Aunts in Roseland, Nelson County, Virginia at my maternal Grandfather's Thomas Bland Harvey Seniors house.
