Ann Karleen Dommert, 74, Midwest City, OK, passed away on Nov. 24, 2010. Born May 12, 1936 in Opelousas, LA to John and Birdie Briley. She was a longtime member of Cornerstone Church and was an active member of the Fore Runners group. Karleen is considered by her family as a Proverbs 31 woman, who is a woman of God, a wonderful mother and Grammy. Karleen was preceded in death by her parents; loving husband, Guy L. Dommert; brothers, John Briley and Bobby Briley; sister, Frankie Fisher; and grandson, Isaac Dommert. Karleen's legacy will live on through her children: Greg Dommert and wife, Anita; Connie Thomas and husband, Craig; Guy D. Dommert and wife, Teresa; Charmaine (Sheri) Dommert; and Ben Dommert and wife, Lisa, 13 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and numerous other family and friends. Visitation will be held Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM. Family will be receiving friends on Friday from 6 PM to 8 PM. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 27, 2010, at 1:00 PM, at Cornerstone Church, with interment to follow at Arlington Memory Gardens, Midwest City, OK.
