Epps -- Funeral services for John Woodard Hinton, 64, of Epps, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Kidder-Cox Funeral Home of Delhi with the Rev. J.P. Harvey officiating. Burial will be in Epps Cemetery.
Mr. Hinton died early Monday at Richland Nursing Home in Delhi after a lengthy illness.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. D.O. Sutterfield of Jarreau; three brothers, Julious T. Hinton and Marvin Hinton of Epps and Floyd Hiton of Dallas, Tex.; two sisters, Mrs. Johnny Plunkett of Epps and Mrs. Lily Waters of Ringgold; four grandchildren, one great-grandchild and a number of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Garland Traxler, Inman Powell, Willie Young, Charles Varner, Loyce McDermitt, and James Scott.
