CEDARBLUFF - Bobby Gene Williams, 60, died Tuesday, Oct. 10, 1995 at Veterans Hospital in Jackson.
Services will be Friday, Oct. 13, at 2 p.m. in Calvert Funeral Home in West Point with the Rev. Earl Cooper officiating. Burial will follow in Cedarbluff Cumberland Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, Oct. 12, from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
The son of the late Murray Lavaughn and Nellie Ward Williams, Williams was a West Point native and a retired maintenance worker for Gulf States Manufacturing Co. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Korean conflict. He was a member of the Protestant church.
Survivors include a sister, Carolyn Williams Palmertree of Cheyenne, Wyoming.
Pallbearers include Murray Noblin, Jr., Gary Gwathney, Rabon White, John Robert Harpole, Don Nault and Jimmy Williams.
Honorary Pallbearers include Tommy Sizemore, Tony Watkins, Jimmy Franklin, Mrs. Vicki Hartman, doctors and nurses at the Jackson Veteran's Administration Hospital, friends and neighbors in the Cedarbluff and Waddell communities.
