Agnes Modine Brown Norville

Agnes Modine Brown Norville passed away on August 31, 2008 at the age of 85. She was buried on September 2, 2008 at Forest Park Cemetery in Webster, Texas.

She was born on February 20, 1923 as the youngest child of James Jefferson and Mary L. Brown. She was raised in Pleasant Grove Community near Lexington, Texas and graduated in 1941 from Lexington High School.

Agnes was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church during her childhood and while living in Pasadena, Texas, she was a member of Thomas Ave. Baptist Church and 1st Baptist Church.

Agnes was married to Burl O. Norville for 65 years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

She is survived by her husband, Burl O. Norville of Pasadena; three children, Burl Michael of Deer park, Texas, James Patrick of Deer Park, Texas and Cindy Norville Frost of Pasadena. She is also survived by five grandchildren, Burl Michael of Austin, Chad Norville of Houston, Sheri Norville Pryor of LaPorte, Texas, Brent Frost of Pasadena; seven great-grandchildren, Cameron and Nyah Norville, Myles and Ella Pryor, Hayden and Brooklynn Frost and Aubree Pendergraft.
