FUNERAL OF ANDREW BARTLETT
DECATUR, Ind. - July 28 - The body of Andrew Bartlett will arrive today from Lima, O., where death occurred following injuries received last Thursday, when struck by a train while employed as a section hand. His son, Samuel, of this city, was called at once and was with him when he passed away. On arrival here, the body will be taken to the home of the son. The deceased lived here until going to Fort Wayne some years ago, and thence to Lima, O. He is survived by the wife and five children.

AT LIMA, O., THURSDAY
Death Came Today - Body Will Be Brought Here to Home of Son

Sam Bartlett, of south Fifth street, who left at once Thursday for Lima, Ohio, on receipt of word that his father, Andrew Bartlett, aged sixty, section employe, had been seriously injured when struck by a train, sent a telegram to his wife today that his father had died and that the body would be brought here tomorrow and will be taken to the home of the son.
Further arrangements for the funeral will not be known until the arrival here tomorrow.
The deceased was, for a number of years, a resident of Decatur. Some time ago the family moved to Fort Wayne and from there had gone to Lima to live.
Mr. Bartlett was well and favorably known here. He is survived by the wife and seven children.
The funeral will be held Monday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock from the U. B. church in this city.
