Virginia St. John was an accomplished art teacher and the mother of 14 children. Her parents were Charles Binkley and Virginia Gates. In 1937 she married Arthur St. John (Sr.) After raising a large family, she completed her college degree and taught school for 20 years. She spent the last years of her long life in the loving care of The Little Sisters of the Poor in Oregon, Ohio.
