Mr. Charlie Stowers Beevers, 88, of Cleveland died Saturday in the Bolivar County
Hospital. Graveside services were held Monday, February 28 at 2 p.m. in the New
Cleveland Cemetery. Thweatt-King Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

A Cleveland native, he was a member of the American Legion and served in the U.S. Navy during World War I.

He is survived by his brother, Kelly Miller Beevers of Cleveland; and three sisters, Mrs. Lucille Waterer of Tchula, Mrs.Lela Viola Edwards of Lula, and Mrs.Ruth Elizabeth Lovejoy
of Tucker, Georgia.
